my sons accounts are on my login page how do i remove them

I have been trying to remove my sons accounts from my login page and i can,t and ihave already spoken to a telstra person and it was no good.

You need to ask the customer service rep to disassociate those services from your Telstra ID.

 

If they can't do it, lodge it as a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints and someone will be in contact in around 5 business days to assist.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
