my telstra account

i tried to login to my telstra account however it always says you have entered an incorrect username or password. i have also tried to reset my password but unfortunately i have also forgot my secret answer to my secret question and my account is now locked due to entering incorrect password. can u help me

Hi Vivianji. 

 

Im sorry to hear that you have been locked out of your "My Account" and fogotten your password. 

 

You will need to wait half an hour and then your "My Account" should be unlocked. 

In order to reset your "My account" password, please chat our My Account specialist team here http://tel.st/8qpr and they will be able to reset the password for you to something that is easier to remember.
