My Telstra App


for the last 2 days, I can not log into 'My Telstra App' on my mobile phone. It comes up as, We found account ********** sign in or register... I tap on it and nothing happens.

Is it a PrePaid service? Might be caught up with the current issues in the PrePaid systems.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You could try logging into your My Telstra page in a browser (on a PC?) and see if ythat works..  if you can then it is probably an app problem - might need an update.


You could also try restarting your device and trying the Telstra App once it has restarted. Has your phone carried out an update recently, coincidental to this problem?
