My Telstra Endless Loop log in

I am trapped in an endless loop.

I try to log in and I am greeted with a screen to set up my account. (pic 1)

When I do it tells me Great news! I have already registered. (pic 2)

However when I try to sign in, it signs me out again. (pic 3)

Then when I try to sign in, I start all over again. What do I do? Not even the guy in the Telstra store could help me.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
