My Telstra Online and App not working
My Telstra App is not working and when I login online, I receive message:
No Accounts Found
This profile is not associated with any accounts. Please try to add an account using the button below.
Has the 'improving My Account experience' caused problems for other users?

Have you logged on via the website to make sure that your accounts are associated with your Telstra ID?
You need to go to Settings->Account Settings, then you should see a button that says Add an account
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
