My Telstra App is not working and when I login online, I receive message:

No Accounts Found

Have you logged on via the website to make sure that your accounts are associated with your Telstra ID?


You need to go to Settings->Account Settings, then you should see a button that says Add an account

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
