NBN actual data allowance

Entered into a new NBN plan Nov 2015, it was standard 200GB but with a bonus 200GB till my contract expires. No where does the 400GB show on MYAccount or on 24/7 app, despite lengthy phone calls with Telstra who advised that it is definately 400GB and they actually sent me an email confirming this last week, they stated the 24/7 should reflect this. Today I get an email stating I have reached 50% with data usage of 100427MB out of monthly data allowance of 200000MB, and the usual slowing of the service and free top up available through to December.


Is this normal practice for Telstra to say one thing and then produce conflicting documentation days apart. Do I have 200 or 400GB.

When you have a fixed data bonus it should reflect in your data allowance on My Account/24x7.

I have the 1500GB (1000+500) plan and a couple of days after activation I received an email saying that the 500GB data pack bonus had been added to my account.

If it's still showing 200GB, then your pack still hasn't been properly added to your account.

Yeah, my new 500+500 shows in my account as 1000GB...
If they are saying it is on the account my guess is that the 'bonus data' line is there but isn't communicating properly with the usage meter...
