New address is not recognised

I suspended internet and home phone service pending move to newbuild house.  Now wish to activate service at new address however Telstra Moving House does not recognise new address.  Tried contacting several Telstra help lines - call is terminated (help not available during COVID-19) and I am directed to the App.  The app won't get past the address as it is not recognised so I can't get further.  Am directed to use Telstra messaging on the app but the auto responder also can't get past the new address so no message can be sent.

Am thwarted at every turn.
