New Customer Just registered today however an Invoice has been sent out to an incorrect address

Invoice sent to REMOVED or similar and correct address is REMOVED.

Please contact me to correct this error that has occurred when I opened my account

Never post your address in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.

Nobody in this forum has access to account details or billing systems.

 

To contact Telstra, you will either need to call 132200 or send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi doesn't understand the question, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response and you will get a notification through the app when someone does respond.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
