No Broadband plan showing in my account

Hi

I activated my cable internet yesterday and would now like to upgrade to the speed boost. The problem is when I go in to my account it has no broadband cable plan listed.

 

I have checked my track order page and the connect internet service is listed as completed yet add bundle offering is listed as in progress. How can I upgrade to speed boost?

I ended up doing it over the phone and it is already done. Although I'm not sure how I'm supposed to check my usage as I have no access to it in my account.

It can take up to 48 hours for a service to be reflected in My Account once the service has been activated. 

 

If it does not appear within this timeframe, please speak with our 24x7 My Account Team  http://tel.st/8qpr so they can assist you further.
