Nothing Under Plans or Usage

Hi there,

I am able to sucessfully log into My Account, but when I get in, all that's there is my info. There is nothing under "Plans and Usage", and nothing under "Bills & Payments". I thought perhaps my telstra account number info became unlinked, so I tried adding my account again but it tells me "We have checked the details you have entered and you are already registered for My Account". As a result I can't check bill info, data usage info.

Edit: I have checked this on Safari 6.0, Chrome 22, Firefox 15.0.1 on a Mac OS 10.8.2; and IE 8 and Firefox 14 on Vista. All the same results. Javascript is enabled.

Think that requires a call to Telstra Online Service to fix up, try 13 22 00 and say "Online Billing"
