You should be able to download a copy from the My Account webpage, Payments tab..  click on View Previous Bills  and select the one you want to download..

 

You can probably do the same thing from the My Telstra app - I haven't tried it..

Yes, you can download it through the My Telstra app as well. Same location (website and app are the same site, just desktop vs mobile layout).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
