ONLINE BILLING

Why is the link to view details of my account never available? I have tried unsuccessfully now for months. I looked through the FAQs and CrowdSupport but can't find any answers that work.

 

I can log in but an not able to view recent charges / usage itemised

 

Should I be using a particular browser for this? I have tried FireFox and Safari.

 

This is the error message I keep getting

 

'Sorry! You could not be logged in to Online Billing. There may be a temporary problem, or part of the system may be unavailable due to regular maintenance. Please try again later. Alternatively please feel free to contact us.'

This has happened to me in the past.  Something to do with your MyAccount & Billing systems not talking to each other properly.  Might have to be reset or something.  I got mine sorted out back then on LiveChat.
