How do I delete the some of the stored 1,000 phone numbers (maximum limit) which I have personalised with names in my Personal Address Book ... accessed via My Account login and "view detail of recent charges" for my home landline.

Persistence pays off ...
from "My Account" (landline) >> under "Home Phone" click on "Recent charges"
then on the "Home phone > Recent charges" webpage >> select
"Recent charges breakdown" >> "View details"
which gets you to the "My Account ... Recent Activity" webpage
then hover mouse pointer over "Manage My Online Bill" in the left pane under "Online Billing" and select
"Allocate Names to Numbers" ... NOT very self-explanatory, I know!!
BUT this new screen now provides the necessary "tick box" listing of all entries in the current Personal Address Book ... AND provides the necessary action selection called:
"Delete Selected Contact(s)".
Well, thank you to all, including Big_Dan who reflected on my max'd out 1,000 entry PAB question which is now answered for anyone else who might have reached the same (previous) impasse ... phew!!

Re: Personal Address Book
Hi Reno30, welcome to CrowdSupport.
I don't use my landline so that functionality may not be visible to me, but if it appears like a Contacts list or an address book does in a webmail type set up, there's usually a check box next to each record, with a master check box at the top allowing you to select all; then you can de-select the ones you don't wish to delete. With that done, there should be a delete button somewhere.
I'm sincerely hoping that a member of the community can jump in with some more help!

Re: Personal Address Book
Oops, as a newbie, I tried to uncheck the "Accepted Solution" box ... but did not go as I as I hoped. Soooo now I need someone to tell me how to "unaccept" Big_Dan's response as this is not how PB's work for my Landline MyAccount problem.
Thanks Big_Dan for your response, however, PAB's do not provide those type of editing tools. There seems to be only "add contact" and "edit contact" but no option to bring up the whole 1,000 names/nos to permit deletions.

Oh well ... not such a newbie after all. At least I managed to "unaccept" Big_Dan's response as this is not how PB's work for my Landline MyAccount problem.
