Please cancel my home internet service.

I have a cable internet service at my house. I need urgent help in canceling my internet account with Telstra. Your website refers me to My Telstra app. I have installed it on my Android phone but it just doesn't run properly. I am at my wit's end. Codi the chat assistant insists that I go to My Telstra app. Would someone from Telstra contact me and cancel my service. Seriously, it should not be this hard.

If the My Telstra app isn't letting you login, close it, reopen it, do not try to log in.

Go straight to the Get Help screen and ta on the blue chat icon in the bottom right of that screen. You can then send a message regarding your issue. If Codi tries to send you elsewhere, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
