Pre-paid messenger still not working

I bought a pre-paid sim to help run our arts festival and months ago the message bank disapeared and I have tried everything from contacting Telstra, ringing different numbers and even downloading the app to troubleshoot that and now all of the message bank pages just freeze. All I want is the message bank turned back on!!!!!
