"Your bill is almost ready" but data not shown in view recent activity

It is 5 Sept 15:25 (GMT+8) I see message "Your bill is almost ready" and I can't see any details on-line for last 3 months. I get that you are making bill today (bill issue date for is on the 5th for that account). Under history there is no entry for last 3 month period which I understand that is what I expect, but "view recent activity" only shows from 2nd Sept and on. So I am really annoyed that my usage details for last 3 month are not accessible during this window of time. When my bank creates a 3 month statement they don't make my transactions disappear and report  "Your statement is almost ready try later" and I can look at my data on-line all the time.

The problem could be solved by providing an option you can tick for "include previous billing period"  on "Recent Activity - Call Charge Details" page.

Make Telstra billing work as well as bank account and stop annoying customers. Any Telstra support people reading these forums?

Just to clarify are you on a quarterly invoice schedule and is this for a consumer account? I will definitely be passing this feedback on to our team who look after our My Account pages.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
