I overpaid my account after cancelling my broadband service with Telstra. There was a balance of $24. I have chat with them twice now. They claimed they have sent the payment by cheque in late February, which I did not received. We checked the address and it was correct. They said they will sent me another cheque when the other cheque is returned to them. The cheque was sent over a month ago and is not likely to turn up. They hanged up before it could be satisfactory resolved. What else can I do?
