I have three prepaid mobile numbers (all family members) listed under my Telstra account, including my daughters phone (necessary from when she was still a child). She is now an Adult and wants her prepaid mobile number removed from being listed under my account, so she can port it to a new provider. So far porting attempts have failed, presume because the number is under my account?
I can't find any help in the Telstar apps or thier web based help.
Telstra's telephone help lines are now so automated, busy and bot driven it's impossible just to speak to someone or message them.
I've looked through the forum and cannot find the exact answer I need.
Can anyone help?

You will need to lodge a change of ownership form.
See -> Can I change or transfer ownership of my account? | Telstra Support for details and a link to the form.
