Service Reconnection

Good afternoon,

 

I've been overseas for 6 months and just returned. My service is still suspended even though my last bill was paid in full.

 

I've tried requesting reconnection through the advise payment form online and ran into an error multiple times.

The 24x7 live chat robot is currently useless and takes me around in circles getting me nowhere.

 

I've downloaded the Telstra 24/7 App only to get an error accessing my account on login.

The automated voice options on the phone either hang up on me or place me on hold for an eternity.

 

Can someone please assist me. This shouldn't be this hard and is starting to become very frustrating as I need to use my phone.
