Setting up a new myaccount

I am having trouble linking my prepaid mobile phone and my prepaid broadband to myaccount

Hi,
You can get in contact with the My Account support team by calling 1800 266 000. They should be able to troubleshoot what might be causing issues.

That being said, if it's been less than 48 hours since you activated the services, it can take a while before they'll be ready to add.
