Crowd Support is not Customer Service for Telstra.
No one here has account access, as we are mainly customers like you.
You will need to contact Telstra
Go to the My Telstra app
Click on Get Help
Click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner
Need to speak to consultant, (stolen phone)
The app will alert you when a human can talk.
