Stuck in Messenger

I chatted with someone yesterday at this time. He/she was going to cancel my foxtel service for our Queensland address. I am still waiting....over 30 hours since then. The messages in the chat are showing Sent.

You will need to query via the My Telstra app.

 

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Account Information.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
