My frustration level is high.. Even though I have been a Telstra customer for many years, seemingly I can not get help or support of any kind.
An operator has entered my billing details incorrectly (even though I was verified using the details of the account I have had for years!?) therefore I can't use the app for troubleshooting my Internet service, which isn't working.
Every time I call I just get sent a link for chatting which doesn't work, just freezes.
I'm unable to get an actual person on the phone to correct my details nor am I able to do this via any support or help or chat links on the Telstra website or via the sms links they keep sending me etc
I've also tried to use the Internet account number to log in and it says there's a problem and to contact Telstra!
Can anyone please help me?
We really need the Internet for our school work and studies.
At this point I'm not sure of what to do other than change providers.

Try these numbers to talk to an Telstra agent.
Even if you have to be on hold for a while, Someone will pick up. In my experience.
