Website and app both down when trying to update direct debit to credit card.
Used telstra chat in app, was told they will call me as they cant get details on line.
Call was recieved and details given.
Number was 02 8290 5000.
Find out a week later my credit card has been debited $320+ with name telstra direct debit.
Telstra taking no blame whatsoever.
Saying now no notes on file that phone call was ever made, even though transcript in chat shows.
