Telstra possible identity theft attempt

I received the following message in an email to a personal email address yesterday at 2:21AM. In the email they had the correct first name middle name and surname. I tried contacting live chat but wasn't able to get through to anyone. Is there someone who can assist me? I previously had a Telstra account but don't have one active currently. Just worried someone is trying to set one up in my name.
