Telstra Tools link to billing

Registered my business account on Telstra Tools OK.

 

Can access services info OK

 

When I go to billing to access info I get

 

An Error Has Occurred
Login user not found.Please contact system administrator. Error Reference: TEGCBM2001 (1473831289251)
 
Business CSO said error would be fixed in 4 business days.
 
4 days on problem still occurs.

Problem specific to my account, was to be notified when rectified.
