Tracking Upgrade

Hi,

 

I have requested an upgrade to 80gb a month mobile data.

 

I am almost out of data for this month working from home.

 

1. I cannot activate Peace of Mind through the app or website

2. Online chat is not working

3. I cannot get through to anyone on the 13 number

 

Has Telstra shut down?

 

How do i get the data upgrade activated?
