Unable to get / see my home internet usage
I am getting more frustrated each day trying to see what my internet usage is. I logon to my account via the web, select show internet usage and I get a 0GB of 500GB display. I tried checking it via the mobile app and get the same info (or lack of). Telstra themselves are unable to help me either. Does anyone know what is going on ?

If you are on an unlimited service it doesn't show - it's irrelevant really
Also, Telstra opened up all services to unlimited (no data usage) in the early days of COVID last year.. it doesn't seem to have been reverted..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
