Unable to link service
I have recently switched back to Telstra for my mobile phone service, but have yet to be able to link this service to a Telstra ID. The ID account is created but when trying to access it via the 24/7 app I'm told "the account does not have the appropriate security level to use the app".
When trying from the website an error message saying "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later."
I've spoken to online chat services twice, the first time promised that because the account was new it could take some time the second time a cryptic response of "it's a problem on our end, we will fix it automatically for you."
Still not fixed.
