Unable to setup access to My Account

I cannot access/setup My Account on the Telstra website.

I get to where I'm required to put in my username (as setup via Registration Process) and password and then get to where I'm asked to Add Account, I click on it and arrive to I then add my account number where indicated receiving correct details at where I then click continue to receive an error and can't get any further. Your assistance in getting this set up would be very helpful ... Thanks.

The system is having a problem linking your account information to your Telstra ID. This will require the intervention of the Telstra back of house staff to get resolved.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
