Unbilled charges not displaying

When selecting mobile service on the account, no unbilled charges are displayed.

It was working a few days ago then it stopped. A bill was then issued but new unbilled charges still do not display.

I have tried on a mobile device, different browser as well as on a pc. I have cleared cookies and cache. Still not working.

Why is that please?
