What am I getting charged for?

I’ve been getting charged a certain amount of money for months now, I cannot find anything at all to says what it’s for. I’ve tried finding a bill but have failed. When I go into services, it claims I have nothing to see, pretty please help 😊

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems. You will need to contact Telstra to find out what the charges are for.


Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the question, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to receive an initial response.


Or go in to a Telstra Store or call 132200.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
