Re: your telstra app and account has been in error all day
Crowd Support is not a customer service channel for Telstra and is a public website.
We are customers just like you and no-one has account access....let alone systems access.
It's considered shouting when posting in upper case.
If you have a problem with the Telstra website.. you'll need to make contact with Telstra customer service using the My Telstra app then go to Get Help then click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner
