It can be done, provided you have another Telstra/Bigpond email available. You can just login with a another set of credentials.. but if you want to keep you badges, status level etc. then a Telstra person has to organise that. I don't I got mine changed by a couple of months ago - thanks to @Deanna and @DanK
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!

I have been trying to change mine for a few years (in Settings I recall?).
Problem is, it keeps reverting back to the original address.
I was told it's one of those problems that can't be fixed.

I'm not a Telstra employee.
50 + years exp. in radio comms., eg mobile phones since 1963, two-way radios, base stations, antennas & pagers. Expert in current Telstra Go repeaters & smart antennas.

Correct @SteveW_52 because your CrowdSupport profile is linked to a Telstra ID it means that changing email address requires manual intervention.
@jasnick I will send you a private message shortly to explain the process and assist with the update.
