Re: How does Telstra classify a Message as SPAM on Crowd Support
Hi BradSP65,
I have found that a copy & paste can be picked up as spam. This is a forum to ask the crowd for advice. if you want to reach out to Telstra regarding a poor experience & are seeking support you may find sending a private message through facebook a better idea. https://tel.st/6nn9c;
You can also call through on 132200 to discuss the matter.
