No POP email access after password change

Hi,

 

I have been trying to set up my wifes email address on a new PC - as she could not remember her email password, we rang support, so they could reset.

The new password was given out to my wife on Tuesday we have not been able to access email since. I have rang back support twice since and was told that 'the email servers are down and i will have access when they are back up'.

 

Unfortunately this is not the case. We STILL have no access.

Can you log into it via webmail? If so, does it take you to outlook, myconnect, or telstra mail(email.telstra.com)?

Nothing

 

We pay for a small dialup service so that we could keep these email addresses. I can log into my webmail fine but cannot see my wifes - and when i try to use her login details it FAILS.

 

When i try to access her emails in Outlook 2016 the error message says that it does not rexognise the username and/or password.

 

Actually on the phone again now with Telstra support, been waiting for 46 mins now and still havent spoken to anyone.
