How To Troubleshoot MMS Send / Receive Issues

Try the following steps to set up MMS picture and video messaging:
 
  • MMS may already be set up on your mobile. To check, try sending a picture to 176 667. (This is a free service.) If you receive a picture message back from us, then MMS is set up and ready to use on your mobile.
