Webmail

When is Telstra going to sort out the webmail, every day from about 4 pm I find it impossible to download my emails, keep getting the message they cant be accessed try again later,  Telstra NBN is slower than the old dial up system, think I have been a loyal customer for too long and it is time to change

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your email. 

 

We are working to fix an issue that means some customers are unable to access Telstra mail (e.g. @bigpond.com addresses) via https://tel.st/dpaqm. Meanwhile, your email is still available via https://tel.st/msm6t and webmail apps.
