NBN 100/40. 2.4Ghz network keeps disappearing, sometimes when using it and then it appears again.Just disabled the radio and reenabled it...still nothing.  I have reset the modem AGAIN.  Any ideas?

Hi,  I have the Premium NBN plan and avg 95 Mbps Down and 35 Mbps Up however today my upload speed is sitting at 5 Mbps. I have restarted my modem, gone through the online troubleshooting process where it tells me there is no issue.
